I must be dim - i cant get poi to work on D3

Or maybe what i thinkit should do is wrong.

Anyhow. When i click on poi and tick some groups nothing happens ie nothing appears on maps.
When i click on groups and then go to items i get empty list.

I assume i should get something in 50 mile radius.

the only way i get anything in item list is to select from whole map in which case i get 10 items listed all of which are airports.

The maps came preinstalled on an SD card.


I assumed what i should see is something akin to the way Speed trap icons are displayed that i successfully imported as favourites.

Does it sound as though i am doing something wrong

Apparantly the category has to be highlighted not ticked!
