Changing username

Hi, i have had to create a new account as i forgot my login details of the account i had a couple of years back.
I re-signed up and was given a generated username, but when i go into my profile it will not change.
Does anyone know why this is, my current username is CA_0220093610.
Theres noway i will remember that

The user name will have been generated when you purchased the CamerAlert app for your phone. I am sure Darren or one of the other Admin will be able to work out what your original account was (possibly) - I have sent him a PM with a link to this thread - Mike

You cannot change your user-name, the one you have here is auto-aloocated when you register via our CamerAlert app.

We can change it for you but I can't find any other account under the email address you've used here.

Do you recall any other email address you may have used previously? If so, send en email to support[AT]pocketgpsworld.com and we can search our records to find your original user-name.

Sorry to hijack this thread, I signed up using my mobile and it's given me the user name as you see, is there any way that I can get that changed? maybe should have singed up using your web site rather than my mobile.

I think the same advice applies... Send an email to the support address with your preferred username and they will change it for you.
