Hi,
This is my 1st post so plz be kind.
I was wondering if there is an application available either as a bolt on to the standard N95 mapping or aditional software.
I see there are applications for pocket pc's etc but haven't seen anything for the Symbian S60 based range of mobiles.
It would be a peace of mind backup if the GPS gave up the ghost in the heli.
I know there is always Nav 1.0 (good old paper maps) but I do like my gadgets.
Thanks in advance

Do you already have the N95??
As far as I know there is no aeronautical software available.
A very simlar functionality could be obtained using the Ipaq phone/PDA's and on these you could download Memory Map UK aeronatical maps and Aeroplanner.com for elsewhere.
Don't get rid of the paper maps yet!!!!! 8O |

Getting rid of the paper paper is also illegal if my memory serves me correctly under VFR. _________________ iPhone5, TomTom, Google maps, Navfree, Viewranger and Apple Maps (ekk) |

Nothing at all for the n95. The majority of the software is for PocketPC as you have discovered. It'd be worth while getting a second hand one and running the software, some if it is pretty good. I quite like PocketFMS. _________________ Darren Griffin |
