Order number 538***

Ariived 9.15am this morning.

I can confirm that all I have is CDS 6x maps and 1 application ! no sign of the SD card, but my order is still showing on Tom Tom site as partially shipped with item/s to follow, so who knows ?

I asked TomTom why my order hadn't shipped

The status of my order is a little bit indeterminate.

This morning I received an email with an invoice dated 3 June (the day I ordered) so I went over to the TomTom status page to see what was happening. The order status now shows as "Captured". WTF?

If I follow the "Captured" link a window pops-up with the timeline of the order, which shows that it's transitioned from "New" on the 3rd. to "Authorized" then the shipping status chaged to "Warehouse" on the 3rd. On the 8th the shipping status chaged to "Shipped" at 1:47pm and then again to "" i.e. blank at 8:35pm. I've not received any shipping confirmation email.

So I really don't know what status my order is in at the moment.

Typical, about an hour after sending this I received an email confirming shipping of the order (sent about 26 hours after the shipping time).

My order which was placed on the 1st June is in the 5467xx range. Money was taken on the same day. Today I received two emails - one an invoice and another saying that the item had been shipped.

When I checked the tracking number it just appears to indicate that TT have placed an order for the shipping rather than actually sending it. The TT site is currently showing the order as Captured.

Whilst you can understand the demand for the upgrade they have been saying it is on the way for sometime and should have been ready for any demands for the upgrade.

Damn damn damn! I've got back from work and found a UPS delivery note dropped through my door. This can only mean one thing - they tried to deliver it when I was out!!!

Was I expecting it? Noooooo! No email from TomTom and my order just said Authoriesed Warehouse. If I'd know I could have made arrangments!

Dang and curses! Rolling Eyes

Hopefully tomorrow now.

Order No. 552xxx

Status has just changed to Captured - I still have no confirmation or Invoice or shipping.

By reading some of the other posts it looks like I shall have mine deliveryed shortly..... Laughing

However my estimation is that the delivery will either take place on Saturday
to my work address where there will be no body there or it will be shipped Monday..... Unfortunatly I shall be out all next week untill Friday Crying or Very sad

So Looks like I will have mine next week unless UPS do a sterling and get it to me tomorrow but I doubt it

Order number 546XXX.

Received shipping email on the 8th. Shipped at 1:47pm.

Tried tracking the order, but still says under status 'Billing information received' and 'UPS has received shipper's billing information electronically. Billing information received does not indicate shipment pickup or drop-off. Please contact the shipper for more details'.

I think its going to be one of those weeks.

I knew I would be out today and tomorrow - but expected delivery today - UPS left the package on the doorstep in full view of passers by - despite the package easily fitting through the letterbox! Duh!

another day, and my order is still in the warehouse. They are also not replying to my questions on why this hasn't shipped. Guess I'll have to lay out more money to buy maps of europe (ie paper ones) for my holiday next week.
