Has your TTN5 upgrade shipped yet?

Five minutes ago I checked the status of my order on TomTom's site. It said Authorised Warehouse

One minute ago I was handed the upgrade from our post room.

One second ago I went to the TomTom site and got -> Currently our site is temporarily unavailable, please return at a later time.

So if you have an order, dont rely on order tracking!!!

Mine is still showing order authorised and warehouse:- however just had a call from home UPS have delivered 550*** :o

TomTom site still says mine is in the warehouse, although mine arrived today in the office with my dads. He got an email a few days ago saying his had been sent, but I didn't.

Got my upgrade today after finding a UPS card through my door yesterday. At least UPS allow to specify where to leave your post.

However on checking my bag, I realise I have left my PDA at work for the weekend.

Stop it!

Showing Warehouse, called them today, told it "Should" ship Monday or Tuesday next week,!!

UPS tried to deliver today, nobody in.
Now I can't collect it from their depot Saturday morning because I didn't
tell them before 16:30 that I as coming !!
I'm away now until Wednesday but can't collect it Wednesday afternoon
as there depot only allows collection between 18:00 - 20:00

So now I'll have to wait in on Thursday for the little brown truck :x

UPS = Useless Parcel Service (IMO)

So near & yet ................... so far

Got mine today. Order # 5517## ordered on the 2nd June. Had an e-mail saying that it had been posted with the UPS ref. Left note on door this morning requesting it to be left with neighbour. Got home to find note had been written on by UPS stating that it would fit through letter box Smile

got mine yesterday I had big problems trying to install it on my tungsten t3 everything worked fine but couldnt get any voices to install did a hardreset formatted my sd card no joy I was up till 3 in the morning went to work with my new toy but no sound got home installed my original tom tom 4 then installed tom tom 5 over the top and it works fine now very happy bunny :D

5467xx order was delivered yesterday to my neighbour but they were out until this morning.

Installed OK :D but did have a scare trying to get the BT receiver to work (searched the forums and found out how to get it working but it wasn't obvious).

Initial impression is OK but doesn't have the same amount of personalisation that TT3 had.

European Maps are great though - got it just in time for hols!

mine still in warehouse, finally got a reply from tomtom on friday to my question why mine was still at the warehouse even though i ordered within 10 minutes of the upgrade been available, while others who ordered days later had already got their product.

Their reply, sorry, we'll get it out as soon as possible. This was friday morning, but still there. so much for working 24/7 to get upgrades out!
