Hi anyone having issues with MyDrive. Everytime I try to update my TT is just says servers busy. I then delete MyDrive and reinstall, all is well!!
This has been going on for a couple of weeks. Any ideas?

My first thought is a cookie, temp file or something else is being removed on shutdown or browser shutdown.

Have you got any 'cleaners' running ?

HI Kremmen No cleaners as such just Norton which every now and then cleans temp files.
I'll look deeper into this, thanks for the help.

I had a problem recently with Mydrive route planner where the map would not show up.
Deleting all the TomTom Mydrive cookies cleared the problem.

Hi. I'm getting the same. I know it's connected as I can upload the PGPSW speed cameras but I can't download any updates or maps.

Did you solve it?

What seems to work for me (most of the time) is to log out of my account and sign in again.

Their official web site, http://uk.support.tomtom.com/
says:
'It's currently not possible to update devices using MyDrive Connect, TomTom HOME or over Wi-Fi. We are working on a fix with high priority.'

Sounds like they have a major problem.
