hi,
i have a drive assist 50 lmt-d,i have just through garmin express, updated the device with new map and software.
it now wont load the map,or fully turn itself on,neither is it recognised in express to be able to implement saved beckup to go back to old settimg.tried when loading pressing right hand corner to factory reset...comes up yes or no...not working

Sounds like you might have disconnected it before all files were fully installed and you have a corrupted update file. If so the only solution is to get it into the so called pre-boot mode so you can correct the corrupted file. Try googling Garmin cure3 ... _________________ Where there's a will ... there's a way.

no,i let it fully dowload everything,disconnected after that....powered it up and that happened.i have had a few issues of powering down quicker than normal lately,which i thought battery power problems.
