Black screen started with me when I updated to IOS 13 but I also run out of mapped areas during daylight hours. Just get ‘ squares’ background with blue icon, compass and warnings when it finds them, but no maps as such |

Can you download the mapping to your phone like you can on Android with Google ?
Trying to download and display during movement must be awkward in low signal areas. _________________ DashCam:

It's not just that Krem. The problem is that CamerAlert just can't cope with iOS any more and nobody seems to be working to correct it. For example, I can no longer (for longer than I can remember) add a voice note to a submission. Suggested workarounds for marking the spot and doing the note as a written comment on the submission map are utterly impractical when I'm 200 miles and four hours from home and bed. CamerAlert used to work perfectly, now since a zillion ages ago, it doesn't. I've posted about my issues several times, so don't go asking me again what they are. _________________ Dennis

Yes, given how good CA is it's a shame it's not being developed to keep up and make use of the latest tech. _________________ DashCam:

It’s not just you. The suggested solution is to disable night mode!!! _________________ Dennis

Yes, great shame with such a brilliant app. We live in hope that MaFt can get hold of a software magician who can cure the problems. _________________ Dennis

Currently getting the Android app to work. iOS will be looked at next but may not be this year due to costs. |

Thanks for the update.
I was originally an Android user but as I have an iPhone for work I've been using the iOS version for about 8 years...
Looking forward to the Android beta... |
