looking for help on how to get a USA map on my old Nuvi 265w

Im doing a West Coast Road trip and in the past I had an img file I would just drop onto my SD card and put in the device.

It was a long time ago and I've lost the file.
Is there away I can get a USA map easily to use when I'm over there?

Try Googling for OSM maps, there are quite a few sites that provide OSM maps for Garmin devices
