The map is OK and also the route (shown in orange) but the spoken and displayed prompts say "left" when it should be "right".

I don't know enough about the underlaying map data but suspect that a turn going north on the A4051 into Pillmawr Road would be represented by 'right turn' in some fashion.
So it is probably the underlaying map data that is incorrect so would agree with you.

I may not get any response from Navigon - I have been forced to make daily posts to their Facebook page in the past until they are embarrased enough to take action - so am not holding my breath.
In which case I will try "Here".
But when I have done so in the past (where it was obviously an outdated map) the Here map was fine - but it still took two years or more before the correct map finally filtered through to Navigon!

LATER: Will see if the 3 year old map on my Navigon PND is any better!

Ran a simulation on my Navigon 4350max with Q2/2013 maps using the same route and it was fine!

As expected no response from Navigon Facebook so used Navigon website Map Error link to go on Here.
Changing the map looks relatively straightforward but could find no pointer to how to change underlying data.

Am now giving up - but will be checking all spoken/displayed prompts closely in future against map/route!
