Shortest route

Hi all,

I'm rather new to TTN, as I've been using a different package, but thought a change would be as good as a rest!

Anyway, one of the things I used to be able to do easily, was to be able to default to shortest route, for planning and on route replanning. Why? well, I use it for rallies where the shortest route is the winning route.

So, I gather TTN cannot be defaulted to this mode, so I was wondering if setting road speed preferences of all roads to be the same would achieve this?

Any thoughts?
