Hi. Haven't used camera alert since changing phones but as we were off to France, I decided to get it running.
I'm an old lifetime subscriber but cannot get the restore account option to work, no matter what I or support do.
Anyone else suffered a similar issue & had it resolved?
I've just paid for a month just to get the latest database. No issues with that really but wouldn't want to pay all the time again.
