NAVGATING FROM ADDRESS BOOK

Can someone help me I used to be able to go into my addres book and navigate to that place I think I had istalled a little program to do it can't remember the name or where t came from. Now I have intalled TT3 it just tells me "WRONG SELECTION"

I agree, there are issues with the address format, in say Outlook, and TT3.

It is more reliable in the latest version 3.03, but there are still difficulties. It works some of the time is best I can say.

I asked TT what the precise criteria was and they sent me a jpg file that showed an incomplete address. So i still dont know what the correct format is!
