Hi
I have just purchased a tomtom start 60 I would like to know if you can install the camera database on to it as the cameras that are preinstalled are directional and I would really like the bi directional camera database on it
Thanks from Eddie |

Can anyone help?
I received a TT Start 60M for Christmas, but after hours of searching and installing and reinstalling and reinstalling TT's MyDrive, I can't seem to find the "Manage community content" button on the MyDrive pop-up on my pc's task bar, which makes me think that I can't add the speed cam database or POI's. |

Hi I use windows 7 the icon is hidden but when \I find it and click on it , it comes up 2 updates available, when I open mydrive and update it, with mydrive still open go back to the icon click on it again and it should now give you the option to manage content then follow the installation instructions on the download database page |

Thanks for the reply Cliff.
I think I tried your method correctly, but unfortunately MyDrive still doesn't give me the manage content option.
I'm getting very frustrated, and I'm gutted I even ask my Wife to get it for me as a Christmas present.

Just updated mine no probs. Are you clicking on the icon on the task bar in the bottom right corner (the two hands Tom Tom symbol) mine says manage community content, when I click on that, with mydrive already open it goes to the add content page in a new window. |

Yep that's the one, it isn't displaying the "manage community content" in the MyDrive task bar icon. searching around web it seems that TT have removed it, but some still have it, they are promising to reinstate the ability to add third party content, but no one knows when.
So where does this leave people like me that received a new TT for Christmas.
A funny thing just happened, MyDrive un-installed itself, I'm going to restart my PC and see what happens.
Thanks for replying again Cliff |

I've just restarted the PC and had to re-install MyDrive, very strange.
It still doesn't show the "Manage community content" |

Hi David,
It's a TomTom Start 60M using TT's MyDrive and it is connected to a Windows 7 Home Premium desktop PC |

Well, it should have the Manage Community Content link in the desktop's icon when the device is connected to the computer AND recognized by MyDrive. _________________ David |

You're right David.
I've read loads of posts where people are having the same problem.
I believe that TT have removed the option for new users, that's my opinion.
So I suppose the PGPSW database is impossible to import onto the affected TT accounts/devices. |
