Hi there
With my old TomTom 730 and HOME it was possible to connect the device and operate it through the computer. i.e. using the keyboard plan a route and install it onto the TomTom. I have just purchased a Start 60 and this facility does not seem to be available. Is this the case or am I missing something?

Thanks in anticipation.

Sorry it took so long for someone to reply.....

You are correct. All the newer TomTom models use something called "MyDrive/Connect" instead of the old "Home" to connect to a computer.

MyDrive/Connect has much LESS functionality than the old system did.

It's not anything to do with your Mac either... PC users have exactly the same situation.

Thanks Andy_P for your reply

That is a great shame.

Like many others I found it preferable to plan routes using my computer rather than sat in the car.

Thanks again
