Fault on HTC one X?

My HTC One X crashed last week, and so after a major re-install, I have had to install my apps as well.

However on CamerAlert, it doesn't appear to boot up, hangs on the opening screen shot and won't lock onto satellites so it can be used.

I have uninstalled it, and re-installed it on more than one occasion, and I get the same problem time after time, whereas before the crash, it worked perfectly.

Any ideas?

Not that it really matters, but my 30 day notice period to my network begins on Monday, and I will more than likely be changing the piece of that is the One X soon, but until then, I will still be using it.
