Hi I have a Tom Tom One new edition which will not connect to my samsung s3.It just gives me the message that "GT-19300 The required features could not be found for this phone" All software as far as I am aware is up to date on the Tom Tom but just will not connect.
Any Ideas ? |

Take a look here. http://www.tomtom.com/phones/compatibility/
I had a look and I can't see it in the phones that are compatible.
Perhaps that is because it's an Android phone ? |

There are plenty of Android phones that DO work (to some extent) with a TomTom.
But TomTom seem to put an extremely low priority on getting all (or any) features working for most modern phones.
They just leave their software routines the same and HOPE that a new phone will work with them. _________________ "Settling in nicely" ;-) |

Although the Galaxy S3 isn't shown on the compatibility list it pairs with my GO720 for calls and phone book although not for SMS. _________________ Anita
