GARMIN 3790T Speed Zoned Voice Alerts suddenly stopped

I have been using PGPSW for a number of years now and I religiously update my cameras every week using the database release and Garmins POI Loader. I have the speed zoned Wav voices saved in the same folder with the database and I have never had any problems until last week, when all of a sudden every single type of camera just says 'Warning Average speed camera zone'.

After hours and hours of removing cameras, loading cameras, saving new voices, resetting unit, then having to go and drive by my nearest camera to try it out, I am still only getting the one voice warning.

My local camera is actually a Mobile camera however I have tried it on gatso's as well and still only get the one tone. To pin point when it started happening it was just after the camera update on 1st June.

Subsequently I have also dowloaded the Garmin GPX converter tool and tried it this way aswell, it matches up all the bpi,wav & gpx files perfectly and loads them but still only alerts me unsing the damn 'Warning average speed camera zone'!

Has anybody had a similar problem or could they advise who I can ask?
