Just a shot in the dark, but are you connected to the internet via wifi or the phones data connection.

OK, another shot Very Happy

When you uninstall, do use Application Manager in the Settings.
If so, 1st Force Stop, then clear data, then uninstall. Then download fresh from Play.

That's me finished I'm afraid. Good luck though.

Never heard of that device, is it a phone or a tablet?

And, I'm not clear what you mean when you say 'stll no manage cameras screenshot'? I presume you mean there is no 'Manage Cameras' option when you press the menu button?

Are you able to take a picture of the device with CamerAlert running and send it to me? darren AT pocketgpsworld.com

Hi Darren, did a Google, does come up as an Android phone. May be USA as all prices were in dollars.

Thanks, more likely Chinese, but need to understand what the issue is, far from clear at the moment.

OK, I can see the phone here. An iPhone clone design by the looks of it.

The old style was physical menu buttons (right in the image below) and the new format with Android 4 is 'soft' buttons that appear at the bottom of the actual display (left in the image below).

Do you see either of these on your phone? If not then unfortunately there isn't a lot we can do if the phone is not conforming to Android standards.

You'll have to log a support ticket in regards to any possible refund. You cancel the renewal via your PayPal account.

If you can't access a Menu button they you're going to have issues with many many apps.
