My Satmap planner has a box in the middle of the screen saying "Increase storage". I've got loads of RAM & disc space so where does this come from? It says "Increase storage so that uploads of large .gpx files can be saved" when I click on it.
How do I get rid of this please? The Satmap Help is not living up to its name.

OK I've sorted the "increase storage" problem. It is to do with MS Silverlight, but somehow Xpedition was not communicating correctly with it. I had to remove Xpedition from the Silverlight application list, disable application storage, close Silverlight then go back into it, re-enable application storage then restart Xpedition. It now asked if I wanted to increase storage which I told it 'yes'. It now has the same allocation as it had before (21Mb), bit the 'increase storage' box in the middle of the screen has now disappeared.
It still has exactly the same allocation as before, but now knows it is there.

Hi
I had the same issue, and contacted Satmap.
This I wrote to SatMap-
"Hi
The increase Storage message box is stuck in the centre of my screen.
It will not move or accept clicks.
Thanks
Cheers
Roger Harding"
Here is the (very prompt) reply I recieved-
"HI Roger,
Can you try opening up the planner page and right click on the mapping area and click on ‘Silverlight’. Then open the ‘Application Storage’ tab and find the www.satmap-xpedition.com link and delete it. Then refresh the page, select the button labelled ‘increase storage’ and follow the instructions again. This should involve confirming the message below;
(Screen shot of a Silverlight dialogue box saying Do you want to increase storage? yes/no)
Hopefully that should work but let us know otherwise.
Kind regards,
Colin Pitt
Technical Support Manager"
It worked a treat
