GO 750 live - moving content back to internal

Ok - I have a new (refurb from TomTom) 750.

I currently have everything on an SD card including 2GB + of updated europe maps.

What do I need to copy over using windows explorer to get normal files back onto the device internal memory and just have maps installed onto the SD card ?

ALSO

I also need to install a European camera database with spoken alerts.

I used to have Liz Whittaker on my old device but does she 'do' Europe?

I will have the speed zoned complete camera files for Europe installed into my map folder, what voice (female) will give me camera alerts and usual travel guidance ?

I presume I just have to copy the camera database and a sound file into my map folder on my sd card as usual and it will sort itself out.
Never used tomtom to cross borders before so hoping everything will be seamless and no map or voice switching will be required en route !

Everything else is on the internal

I don't have the pgpsw database on this devices as I use CamerAlert on my iPhone instead. On internal for voice I have
LoquendoTTS\data\voices\Kate

LIZ camera Voice only does MPH, but the same section of the website (see above, the tab for Free Downloads, SpeedCam Voice Alerts) has plenty of other choices.
