I understand that CamerAlert can be used on 3 devices but only on one Android. can't I use it on an Android phone and Android tablet.  |

From the Manual, you can link to 3 devices, yes. It does not state that only 1 can be Android.

If you used it on your TomTom and on your wife's Garmin then you could only use it on one Android device.
However the limit is 3 devices in total - we don't limit it to 1 of each type etc. If you have 3 Android phones you could use it on all 3.
