Looking for a certain GPS system - need some help pls

been looking around for a gps system that displays the area as well as the town name e.g.

TOWN: huddersfield
AREA: birkby

the reason being duplicate street names, there are quite a few street names which are spelt exacly the same, and are in the same town/city - but they will be in different area's.

if there is such a gps system could some1 pls let me know, it would b a great help.
