Hi,
I am awaiting delivery of a Mia 168, with TTN3. Having read lots of the forum posts with interest, I am confused about add-ons. All I want is to add speed cameras and the full postcode add on. There seems to be two options.. GPSAssist 2.1.0, CheckPOInt 2.0.2. Do I need both? one of them? Both but run together or separately?
Any comments, help, advice greatly welcome!
Many thanks

If you just want camera warnings, go for CheckPOInt 2.0.2, as it's free.
GPSAssist 2.1 has lots of useful features other than camera warning, and is not very expensive. You can try it for free to see what you think.

If you run GPSAssist 2.1, CheckPOInt becomes redundant (except that it installs the necessary support for UK Postcode - so many people leave it installed but don't run it).
Running both at the same time is probably unwise.

Enjoy - and do come back if you've any more questions.
Keep an eye on the GPSAssist web site - there's lots of functions being added to version 2.1 at the moment. Several are currently in closed beta. I think it's already a great application and it keeps getting better (before anyone asks, I paid full price to register my copy, and I'm not being paid anything to promote it).
