What is the recommended Speed Camera Database for Nuvi 255

I have an elderly Nuvi 255, and was wondering which speed camera database I should use: Single file, consolidated or speed zoned?

And lastly...

The Nuvi 255 as I'm sure you know has a Garmin provided speed camera database already. Does the PocketGPSWorld DB replace the existing one, or do I have to turn something off on the Nuvi for the PGPSW DB to work properly? Or anything like that?

Not exactly sure about the menu system on a 255 but if it's the same as my 2200 then via Navigation - Car - (POI submenu) you can see both sets of camera databases and a tick/untick facility for each.

I've removed my Cyclops GPI file via Windows explorer so I only see the one.

Or might be something like Tools, Settings, Proximity Points, Change and untick Garmin Safety Cameras

Oh good, it sounds like it ought to be possible to remove the existing one so there is no confusion.
