It was working previously but it's not any more. If I try I get an error saying "could not establish wireless connection" but HD traffic and weather is working fine. Expiry dates of live services all look fine.
Delightfully once the error is on the screen the only way to get rid of it is to do a reset by holding the power button. Otherwise I get stuck on the same error screen with a "Continue" button which does nothing.
I like this device but after 2 months I am beginning to see why TomTom is a sometimes frustrating experience. I think it works well but the reboots, the impassable errors like the one above and various other software stupidity make it annoying. My Garmin 310D has never once locked up, never once rebooted, ho hum.
Any ideas on what to try for the Google local search? |

Thanks David. Do you mind me asking where you saw that so I can avoid bothering people in future? |

From users on various tomtom related forums including this one, a forum I moderate in North America, TomTom Discussions and elsewhere. _________________ David |
