I have Nuvi 760 which has given good service over the last few years but am no looking to upgrade and pass it over to my wife. I bought a lifetime map upgrade subscription and I was wondering if anyone know if I will be able to use it with a new unit when I buy it.
On that topic, any suggestions for the latest equivalent to the Nuvi 760? There seems to be a bewildering array of Garmin models now and it's not clear of the differences between them. |

Really depends on what you want from your satnav, if you give us a clue we might be able to help. The reason why there are so many different models is because we all want different things |

Presumably there is nothing to stop your wife giving you back the 760 occasionally, say up to 4 times yearly , you updating the maps and gifting it to her again. |
