Currently I have a A350 (X350 in europe I believe)

Anyway what I'm firstly hoping to do is to use laptop as the base unit and use the briatone as the display and input as it is touch screen, I am aware of microPocket (I believe its called where it unlocks the vendors software) however I will be running centrafuse.

So just to confirm theirs one usb port on the brinatone A350 I'm hoping to connect that to the laptop and using the brinatone as the main display AND input (touch screen) but all the programs running off the laptop.

I am aware you can get a usb over network but want to confirm the best way for this?

Thanks very much guys and girls !

Johnny Morris

The reason for this? I have a spare laptop with a gps device already and want to run bluetooth (for phone use), internet connection ) to track the car, etc etc.

You need to get the GPS data to the laptop, I would suggest a dedicated USB GPS mouse would be a far better solution than trying to get GPS data from a Sat Navs USB port - Mike

Thanks very much mike !
Sorry I do have a dedicated usb gps adapter (blustar 53 I believe of the top of my head)

Sorry what I'm trying to do is use my satnav as the screen to my laptop AND use the input from the touch screen to be the input for the laptop but it only has a usb port !

Is this possible and more clearer?

Thanks for the quick reply mike !
