France and Spain caravan/camping sites

I have looked through the POI listings, for camping / caravan pitches.
I could only see 70 listed fro France and Spain.
Now there must be 1000's of then, so ams I looking in the wrong place?

Does any one have a list of caravan sites through France and Spain?
Can I please have a copy ?

I have both Garmin nuvi, and TomTom (ov2)
