Wonder if anybody can help.
Have recently purchased the above Satnav and cannot transfer / add any POI's etc.
Out of the box it reports only 18.84 Mb free, of approx 4Gb and any attempt to add any POI's etc just results in an error, no room on device. Even a small 2Kb POI would not install.
As it integrates with the car the software has some additional functionality so its 'footprint' might be a bit bigger but I cannot believe Tomtom would produce a unit that had no ability to add POI's to, or can I.
Have spoken to TomTom 'technical' who are hopefully going to look into the problem but not very hopeful. Did a factory reset on the unit, which did not resolve the problem and deleted some pre-installed Fiat POI's which did not make any difference.
Updating unit on an imac but have tried the same from Win7 (64 bit) and the same. Sad

You had better believe it. That's exactly what they have done Rolling Eyes

The Blue and Me seems not to be compatible. I spent a night at a friends trying to do it all to no avail. You can't even delete the Fiat POIs they pre-install...

Someone in the forum said they had done it once but didn't show any pictures or even explain why. I asked them but never got a response so to be honest I don't think it's possible.

Sad
