tomtom into meos 702b head unit in car

Have hust fitted the above 7" screen unit in my car it uses sygic maps (teleatlas) on a Win CE operating system.
Can I run tomtom navigator 7910.9185 ( for Win CE ) by downloading onto a 2gb sd card and inserting it into the navigation unit in place of the original sygic card?
Any help would be gratefully received.

The main problem you will have doing this is activation as the device will need to see TomTom Home which isn't possible.

In addition you will find the device stammers or doesn't read the voice out correctly as these units are generally short of memory - Mike
