IMHO I agree absolutely with Andy_P that it's a complete waste of time checking whether there are things 'under the bed' here  .
Conspiracy theories always come with complete lack of evidence, made up for with amazing amounts of supposition. They are almost NEVER worth pursuing, except by the 'faithful'  . Watergate was I think the last genuine one!

Anyway, to put the lid on it, we seem to be talking about UK cameras, whereas the original topic was about Dutch ones.
Andy, I have comments files going back a bit, but even the most recent contains cameras both sides of 74275, i.e. 74271 and 74286 are both dated 13th September, so I wickedly reported that 74275 was dated 3rd Sept too.

74275 was reported on 13th September at 17:48.
The Comment was 'Change' and Admin Comment was '2 gatsos? or just a move?'
