Kenwood KNA520 Issue - POILoader

when using the poi loader for my kenwood kna 520 it will create the file and when finnished it say the 20152 pois complete and i only have 100 but my kna will not pick up my sd card can any one help

Have you followed the install guide we provide and have you tried renaming the 'Garmin' folder to 'garmin' or vice versa?
