New Alternative VIA Mount from TomTom

Well Ive just had this delivered from TomTom HQ and must say its a great bit of kit.No more fiddling at the back of the unit to try and remove the unit from the windscreen.Just remove the old mount, slot in the new one and connect the power patch lead.Affix the Brodit type swivel mount that comes with the kit to a Proclip or phone bracket,click in the VIA (holds by magnet,same as on Go1000 series) and away you go.Semi permanent fixing that can be easily removed when you leave your car.Charges the device as well from a usb lead.Bit pricey at £33 delivered but well worth it.

Bought this and a brodit bracket after reading your post. Fixed the charging wire behind the dash and its as a good as a pro install.
Clips on and off easily.
