Creating a POI/Waypoint with embedded photo

I've seen reference to walking world files that result in photos embeded in waypoints on the active 10.

Does anyone know the format that's required so i can create my own?

Have you tried looking at the latest SatSync user manual? Page 11 gives files types and later pages describe how to create POIs etc.
