Hi, is there now a way to use the speedcam database with Navigon 6310? I have heard there is possibly third party software which makes this possible with some Navigon models...
Any info much appreciated please! |

If your device supports it, the POI-Warner software plug-in from www.navigating.de is what you need.
We support installs using POI-Warner. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Cheers Darren, I checked that out but it seems the POI-Warner software plug-in is only applicable for Navigon MobileNavigator 1-7 which is software for Windows mobiles ...
So unless someone knows different I am stuck with Navigon's fixed camera database which leaves a lot to be desired |

There is definitely a POI-Warner plug-in for PNA's running Navigon but I'm not an expert on them.
Are you sure one of the top two versions here isn't suitable?
I'm sure one of the Navigon users here will be along at some point over the weekend to give you better advice. _________________ Darren Griffin |

ed4ferrets - the POI-Warner software is marketed by navigating.de. If you went to their website and followed the links as if you were buying it you would get to the page Quote: | https://order.navigating.de/secure_order/shop/Bestellen_Step1.php?pid=173&lan=en | and you would see that 6xxx devices are supported. It costs €19.90.
If you are still unsure, do a search on here of "POI Warner" (use the "Search for all terms" option) and you will see a (rather large!) number of threads which confirm that people have used POI-Warner on many devices in the Navigon range.
So, Quote: | I am stuck with Navigon's fixed camera database | Oh No you're NOT!! _________________ David

Yes, you get to the product compatibility page I mentioned via this one. I thought that ed4ferrets would like to see actual confirmation of the product compatibility, as he has clearly been given duff info. But you have to go partly through the purchase process to get to it which can be a bit nerve-racking if you're not sure you want to buy something? _________________ David
