Map upgrade

I paid for the 4 map updates a year, it's about 3 weeks since I updated to the latest map, I have just received an email telling me that the latest map is now available to download. So far nothing has shown up in tomtom home! Surely this is a mistake?

You are correct its a mistake.

I also subscribe to the map update service and had a similar email about two weeks ago, even though the next update is not due for about about two months, as they are released around every three months and the last one was in the middle of November.

Its not unusual for TT to have little mishaps like this from time to time, just accept them and you can then enjoy the obvious mistakes they make and classify them as entertainment.

I had one as well. I just assumed TT was a few weeks behind with notifying us.
