If you have removed ALL the Files/Folders from the Card then HOME won't report a version as it has to read the file to get that information.

If HOME installs a Navcore on to the Card, and the version is then reported as 6.560, then HOME must have found the CAB File to be able to install that.

The only other scenario is as Mike states above. Sad

and as mike says, seems my map is dodgy after all.

Mind you it works ok so i'll stick with it for now, maybe i might buy myself an official map for xmas...
