I have noticed recently that there have been issues where the Warn when near POI has stopped working. I intially noticed this and then found that neither the 2D or 3D boxes were ticked on which view to show them in, even though I had previously set them for 2D.

Yesterday I had to drive around 600 miles which enabled me to observe the behaviour and several times after around an hour of driving the warnings stopped working. I had to change a setting or button-hold restart the device to get them working again.

I had all my PGPSW POIs set to show on 2D but not on 3D.

After an hour of driving, on the 3D map the POIs set to warn stopped displaying at all, no flashing icon and no sound when approached. On the 2D map they displayed but did not warn either as a flashing icon or audio.

The TT warnings for their alleged cameras continued to warn.

After changing the POIs to show on both 3D and 2D they warned for the rest of the journeys.

I use the built in TT brief spoken warnings and have not added any voice files.

Something to be aware of if you need your TT to warn you of cameras.

This was on the 940 with 9.058 and 8.55 maps.
