Old hand at GPS, but new to Garmin - which speed cameras?

Hello all,
I have been using Tom Tom since the beginning of the ages.
Now I have been given a new Garmin.nuvi, 1690T

Can the well informed please let me know which speed camera database to down load. ?

Also, is there a 'walk through' insomuch as how to install them.

Its easy on my Tom Tom, I can do it without even thinking, but I am new to Garmin,

Accordng to the matrix (on the download page), the nuvi uses CSV Files, and POILoader.
