ONE XL Problems

Hi all
Ive not been on for a while as everything has been fine,but i felt as though my TT was playing up..resets etc
SO i decided to try & see if there was any software updates etc..this is where my problem began
1st of all im on a Mac,i plugged in the TT & got some error codes,so i decided to delete Home & re d/load
I now have the following message :ERROR: ExceptionWithCustomMessage: Could not create or change the folders
Severity: 1105 <<< This happens when i start Home on my computer,with no TT connected

I have all my data on my SD card & the TT connects to Home but keep getting this problem


Can anyone help me on this?
