There's an explanation of the pmobiles on the camera download page, to the right of the database selection area. _________________ Anita

No worries. What I do is keep the added audio files in a FOLDER inside the sounds folder, then it shows up on that sound effects screen as a folder which you can open just by tapping on it.
Note my actual sound files are named differently to yours. This is the "raw" filenames I gave them before sending them to PGPSW for the website, so "Fixed_20_P2" is the warning for a 20mph Gatso using Simon voice with a Polite 2 chime at the front. I find it a lot easier to read which one I want!
Notice there's also another folder I've added, with the original "Polite 1, 2, and 3" sounds in it.
--------------------
pMobiles... These are "provisional" or "pending" mobiles that have been reported but not yet verified. See the note "What are the pMobile files?" on the main download page HERE for a fuller description.
Depending on what voice set you downloaded, there may or may not be specific audio files for the pMobiles (the "Simon" voice I use does)
But if your's doesn't, just double up and use the normal "Mobile" ones for the pMobiles as well.
----------------------
For European roads you'll need to install the "Euro" camera database too, from the normal page HERE.
Don't worry about mph/kmph, the filenames sorts that out for you.
There are one or two "Euro" voice file sets available on the normal voice alert download page HERE. I know "Kate" has Euro alerts available.
You can just add them to the sounds folder like the other ones and assign them in the same way. Don't forget you can leave them in a folder if you wish (for tidiness).
