tomtom 750 traffic expires

While using my tomtom yesterday I got this message or along the lines of " your licence is about to expire please log on and extend your licence"
but when I go and check when it expires it says 04/2011
any ideas

Yep - at a wild guess TT have messed up at their end on the LIVE servers.

Try a factory reset and entering your account details again - it fixed my LIVE services last week at the third or fourth attempt and they have been working ever since. But then again it could have been the clearflash that did it.

sounds like an intermittent LIVE server issue then.

My LIVE services should expire sometime this September I think but on my TT940 the LIVE services are listed as expiring next Spring or Summer. Depending on if the date is displaying as DD/MM/YY or MM/DD/YY.

Has Tomtom given me a service extension or is it part of the TT Live mess up at their end?
