Accidently cleared 2 weeks of trail data

Help please I have accidentally cleared the trail data don't know how it happened but switched on this morning and it had gone. This is 2 weeks of data doing the Tour of Mont Blanc! Is there anyway I can recover the data using recovery software? The only data I have now is for the last day today!

on internal memory or the SD card?
