Dell Axim X5 and Aviation software

Hi can anyone help.

My friend and his wife want an Axim X5 like mine for use in the car but my mate also would like to be able to do his navigation when flying using the Dell.

He currently uses a Garmin 95 and Jeppesen software. Is there anything similar that he can use on the Dell.

Any help would be appreciated.
