|
|
Hi Can you tell me what's the latest navcore for a go500. I tried to get the latest navcore from TomTom Home but it only updates it to 7.903 which is probably not suitable for version 8 maps _________________ Paul

7,903 is fine for that device and it does support the very latest maps (v845 at the time or typing this) probably v850 in the morning - Mike |

It certainly supports v845 maps, but it *might not* support the upcoming v850 maps if other discussions towards the end of this topicturn out to be correct.
However, TT are unlikely to turn down the opportunity of selling new maps to users of older devices for long. If it is conceivably possible, they will simply patch the old software to allow it to run the new maps. |

Which may of course be a load of cobblers as it came from a dubious website - only time will tell as the maps aren't out yet |

I updated the 500 to 7.903 firmware but now when using it as bluetooth handsfree the sound is very quiet. Has anyone come across this before? _________________ Paul

Paul, have you tried tapping the lower left corner of the screen while making a call using the TomTom then adjust the call volume as its seperate to the normal volume and can only be adjusted while making a call - Mike |
