Newbie with Medion with questions

Not sure if this is the right place but I'm sure I'll be told.
Now an owner of shiny Medion PDA and very happy. But could anyone give an idiots guide to connecting to the internet through active sync? It would be wonderful to have offline pages available. Also what are the pros and cons of wifi? I already have a wifi network set up at home.

Do you want to browse the internet via your PDA (when it is in the cradle) or do you want to read web pages offline? For the latter you need to add AvantGo to your ActiveSync services, and get yourself an AvantGo account (it is free for 2MB of data) and subscribe to the channels you are interested in.

Wifi gives you the advantage that you can do ActiveSync with your PDA without the need for the cradle. You could also start fiddling around with remote control stuff - like using the PDA as a remote for your MP3 server etc.
