Last week the CoPilot on the iphone stopped saying 'Welcome to CoPilot Live' (even though this was toggled on in the options) and none of the voice directions were audible. Sent a support request to ALK and got no reply....
This week exactly the same thing has happened on my android HTC Desire....
After some googling tried a master reset (within CoPilot) on the iphone and that come good... but still no sound on the android phone.. button clicks still working...
Works fine in demo? Any ideas? |

I've experienced something similar on my HTC Legend (Android 2.6)
Prior to CoPilots last update eveything was fine but post update when I use my in-car bluetooth the speech, on the phone, fails to mute and I get each verbal instruction rapidly repeated, phone 1st then bluetooth.
Like driving in an echo chamber, funny at first but starting to anoy.
I,ve logged a query with CoPilot support ???
I'll let you know if they ever reply. _________________ HUAWEI P30 Pro (new edition) with Speedtrap Alert & alcatel1 for SatNav

I sometimes get this on my HTC Hero and I just change the voice name and then back again and it seems to get the voice commands going Ok. |

Eventually got a reply from ALK, basically to change to voice as suggested above. I think I tried that tbh.. but now after a few updates it's working and it's not stopped since... |
