Hi guy's.
Sorry to be a pain with what is most probably a simple question to you learned one's. My nuvi 350 has a 512mb sd card, how many poi's etc will fit on it before it starts being a problem?, I have noticed that since downloading the latest software from Garmin that it seems to be taking longer to lock on to satellites?. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

A lot of Nuvi units start to have problems after you add more than 256 categories (i.e. Supermarkets, Petorl Stations etc). The only problem that happens is the icons fail to show. There doesn't seem to be any upper limit to the number of POIs you can have.
A 512 Mb card will be difficult to fill. |

Wow, that's what I call service, thanks PaulB. I find it absolutely mind blowing the ammount of stuff that will fit on a chip, (mind you I knackered my last one when I put the salt & vinegar on).
Thanks again, Eddie. |
