Activation Help?

I have downloaded TELMAP 5 and received my activation code.
When I launch TELMAP it asks me for my activation code.
When I enter it I get the message 'connecting to server' then it goes back to asking for my activation code again. Putting in my code again the app goes through the same sequence and never gets past the activation screen
I am using a BB 9700 Bold on the Bell network.
Any ideas?

Hi,
To get an activation code you have to properly register at our website at www.telmap.com/tug .

Registration has been closed for a couple of weeks but is now open again.
Once you complete the registration form you should get the download link and activation code.

Please note - we have found that if you try to copy the AC you receive from the confirmation email - and then paste it into the application - some whitespace characters get pasted in and the AC is received as invalid. Please try actually typing in the AC.
